I mean can you tell it without any medical consultation, just based on one person observation?
i worked in the field of developmental disabilities for almost 30 years. teachers in the earlier grades can give you an idea if your child has a problem, but because the consequences of no diagnosis or incorrect diagnosis are so important, i would strongly suggest seeking medical consultation as soon as possible.
if there is a problem, you will have to do this anyway in order to get a proper evaluation and in the event of a definite problem, begin to address the problem with professionals.
