Main thing I learned in high school is to survive and keep your head up.

Also learned it's not what you know, it's who you know.

Lastly I also learned the "Nail that sticks out gets hammered"  So don't be first and don't be last.  Blend in be part of the collective smile

The one thing I learned in high school that has worked for me since ... is,
"No matter what, always be yourself!"

Other things that I took from high school are:
    -- never give-in to peer-pressure,
-- be nice to others regardless of the situation,
-- be prepared to protect yourself at all times (but carry NO weapons),
-- my first impression of something or someone, is usually the correct one,
-- and, I love to smile and laugh, so I seek out like minded people.

Always speak truth regardless of situation.Even if you have to face any problem by speaking truth, but be truthful. Truth prevails.

    I've have learnt
    - that a square root from -1 exists
    - that if you've turned Mount Everest upside down and put into Mariana Trench, there will be still a lot of space
    - capitals of all countries in the world

Interesting facts but not very useful in every day life smile

One day during track practice I was talking about something and this guy told me the world cared nothing about me. I think of that sometimes when I question why people do certain things.
