I have noticed changes in my body as I get older.  I am now 56 years of age.

This summer surprises came galore.  I feel asleep on my left side and woke up with excruciating pain.  I went to the hospital and discovered that my diagnosis was sciatica.   I never knew that this would happen to me.   I value my independence.   I can walk a short distance but with pain.   I am taking the prescribed medication to lessen the pain.   Do you discover that your body is giving out on you and betraying you as you get older?

I turned 61 last May, and yes, I've noticed that my body doesn't function like it did when it was 31. That's to be expected. But there are things you can do to slow down this process. I outlined what I do in two hubs i wrote when I turned 60.

    Here's part 1 - http://pwalker281.hubpages.com/hub/How- … -60-Part-1

    Hope the information helps you.:
