    at no weight. when a person gets too big they should look at dieting, exercise and getting off their lazy butts and doing something.

    The criteria are if you have a body mass index (BMI) of more than 40 without a medical condition associated with overweight such as diabetes or high blood pressure than you're eligible for surgery. If your BMI is more than 35 and have a medical condition than you are also eligible. In Asian countries such as India, surgery is now offered to patients with BMI between 30-35.
