   What would a perfect day in our not perfect world look like for you?
   
   Life can be pretty challenging to most of the people, yet this seems not to be an issue for some to live very happily after all but seems to be a big one for others. What does it look like for you?
   What would your perfect day look like in spite of being surrounded with issues?

   Morning wake up to soulful music without words so my mind could clear.  Morning coffee oceanside with a sunrise, walk on the beach, meet friends for lunch.  Stroll through art museum, visit Children's Hospital and spend time with cancer patients so I remember what's important, dinner at SALT or Colterra, and home to watch and old movie that has values, and a good nights sleep.

   My perfect day is sunrise at the beach, writing at the beach, lunch close enough to the beach for the ocean to be my "background music,"  the afternoon spent with my sons taking in a movie or some modern dance troupe or even the ballet. (My day included a time capsule and my sons are little guys again.) Sunset dinner with friends and the family - yep, at the beach. Perfect day!

   Wake up naturally, eat some good breakfast, work out, play the piano, go to the beach, relax, read a book, and then go to a nice dinner with a beautiful woman.

   I've just retired and spending some time beach side. The morning sun warms my skin, the ocean glistens, my love is by my side. We stroll along the shore for however long we want...we have no agenda. Lunch is at a tiny seaside cafe. beach sand is beneath our feet. with lunch over, we head to our beach cabana and lounge in the afternoon sun on our double sized hammock. As the sun begins to set, the sky is ablaze with oranges and reds and it's breath taking. the air is still warm and we've decided to dine on our patio outside our cabana. Our cabana boy comes and lights the torches while our chef serves us steaming platters of lobster, crab and fresh fruit. We have not a care in the world and life is good, very, very good.

   My day would start out with time for personal devotional, writing in my journal, and making my "to do" list.  If at the end of the day, I have accomplished my goals, shared a few positive moments with a friend, ate healthily, spoken with my children, and not be too tired to enjoy some more alone time, that would be perfect!

   Rise up this mornin',

   'Cause every little thing gonna be all right!"
   
   I would check on my fam,make a wonderful breakfast of ackee & saltfish,breadfruit,fried dumplings,calaloo,bolied banana,yam,dasheen and bolied dumpling, and head to the beach,that's where you'll find me.
   
   Spending the day in one of God's greatest elements water,so calming and serene but yet so powerful and strong.I can swim in the beautiful blue waters of the tropics for hours on end. Hop on a few boats with friends for cocktails and good times.Of course my son would join me for awhile hanging in the ocean,when he's ready he jetski's away with his friends and us parents continue to sunbathe,drink and swim til sunset.
   
   I watch every sunrise and sunset that I can to remind me of just how special life is and what a miracle it is to see,witness and feel all of God's creations.
   
   Return home to make dinner and chill with my son and mother,she's not a beach bum like my son and I,she loves to just relax and enjoy life with her family.
   
   We'll have dinner and give Thanks to the Lord above for all that has been given to us and pray to awake another day to enjoy and praise all that He has done.
   
   My perfect day! Happens often and I know I'm truly blessed!
