My back muscles became stronger after doing yoga. My posture improved. It also decompressed my spine a little and improved my flexibility. I am a tiny bit taller now and can reach things I could not quite reach before. It also reduces stress and provides me with more energy. Stress causes a lot of health problems.
Yoga is been practiced since a very long time because of its life long benefits.
It is a very effective way of lifestyle improvement.
