    My blood pressure went back to normal after practicing yoga for about two months, and the pain in my back and in my knees disappered. But I am sure there are more health benefits.

    My back muscles became stronger after doing yoga.  My posture improved.  It also decompressed my spine a little and improved my flexibility.  I am a tiny bit taller now and can reach things I could not quite reach before.  It also reduces stress and provides me with more energy.  Stress causes a lot of health problems.
