    Sit back on your recliner with a nice cocktail and a book in hand. Have some inspirational mozart running in the background. Have the candles lit. Reduce the lighting so its just right. The perfect way to de-stress may include a relaxing massage from your partner or professional. Another great way is having a pedicure or manicure done. A spa treatment helps immensely as well.

    I play my music loud and sing along while driving home from work.  A nice bath and some Ani DiFranco takes care of all the stress I deal with at work.

    Movie marathon with my friends and ordering some pizza..yum!

    I usually am able to de-stress by focusing on my blessings rather than what may be stressing me.
