I ddo not think so!! Its a bad thing but in the modern day world It is inevitablle
Depends on what you regret. I would say that to live constantly looking back upon it is not healthy. Considering your choices first and weighing the outcome usually helps to minimize the regrets in life.
Life is not perfect. Every single one of us has done things that regret later... I know I did... I had an opportunity that I let slip trough my fingers and I regret it so so much. I think of it lots of time.... but it's done... nothing to do... so, is it good to live with regret? No. Is it normal? Absolutely.
Sometimes I think that regret can be healthy, because it may compel you to change your behavior. If you regret the way that you behaved in the past, you can learn from your mistakes, and change your ways. If you regret a missed opportunity, you can look out for other similar opportunities and seize them. Regret is OK as long as you learn from it, and move on.
Regret is the poison to make your 'today' sour, you loose your taste, your eyes, your ears, your touch and your feelings for the things you do every day, you live forever in the past, that doesn't exist any more, and never will. Once regret takes over your life, you start to live as a 'ghost forever in the past'...
