I hate confrontation, although I do realise that sometimes confrontation is necessary in life or we can end up being walked over and used as a doormat. I do try to avoid confrontation, but there does come a point where it cannot be avoided anymore and confrontation is the only option.

I hate confrontation so I land up saying yes when I want to say no, subsequently I beat myself up. sad

I'm not afraid of it, but it does make me very very uncomfortable.  I'm great at the initial confrontation, but what really eats at me is the feelings I have afterward, that awkwardness and knot in my stomach.  It is like I can't let it go so I avoid it.

I am not afraid of confrontation and give my full attention, energy and passion to fight for what I believe is right and just, but only if I see purpose in it, if it helps to change me, others or the world for better, otherwise I avoid the confrontations, that go nowhere and save my energy for better things to enjoy and do....
