Are there any vitamins or mineral supplements that shouldn't be taken together?
I've heard calcium should be taken alone ... I have a type of calcium that's mixed with water so it dissolves and absorbs in the body rapidly.
I always take my vitamin supplements separate from the others. I heard that mixing some different brands may also cause some problems.
