What do you think is the most effective, quick way to slim down?
I'm not fat, but I'm trying to slim down a bit by burning fat. I'm already pretty muscular, so I've been doing lots of cardio. I feel better and more toned, but I haven't lost any weight and don't appear any different. Have you lost weight that was mainly fat? How? What foods do you think encourage fat loss?
This is a loaded question because there are so many different ideas that would conflict. The best is regular exercise and proper diet. But What I found has a fast result is giving up all soda even diet. and drinking at least eight glasses of water a day each glass being about eight ounces. That seemed to jump start the loss for me though I still have 20 pounds to go I have lost 16 in 3 weeks.
