What is the most effective and fast way to lose fat?
As far as I am concerned, I had done everything to the best of my knowledge to lose weight but here I am still 160 pounds at my height of 5'4". I had religiously done all the gym activities prescribed to me by my trainor, I had gone into diet despite my hunger for 5 days. Now I am taking diet pills; everything just doesn't work for me. And considering none of my family is fat. We are a family of lanky and in fact mostly painfully thin people. My brother is thin as well as my sister; I am the only one who is fat. Both my brother and sister would say that I am lucky because I get fat; they said.
I would perhaps look at any medical reasons for your weight- thyroid issues, pcos, or if you take hormonal contraceptives? As a woman, there are many reasons for weight gain, and I have often struggled to loose weight. I will be writing a series of hubs shortly about my journey in another attempt to lose a whopping 110lbs (I don't look that big, but scales don't lie!) keep an eye out for them!
What does your physician say? And after that, if your MD says no problems?
Jynzly if you are hungry, your body is thinking 'uh oh Jynzly must be giving her food away to someone else!or else shes running from a tiger! I better hold onto everything I have got Just In Case' and your body will not lose weight.
If you want to lose weight start with food do not start at the gym.Exercise, even walking, makes you hungry, you want to have good habits in place before you head of to the workout!
Eat a bit, wait a few hours, eat a bit, wait a few hrs over and over!
Eat what?
okay, check out choosemyplate.gov...its a great place to start, recipes, menus, the whole thing...and heres the best part..a formulae!
Whatever you are about to eat, whether its a sandwich, meal, bowl of soup...whatever...1/4th or a bit less is protein/we really only need 6oz all day...well arnold s may need more but the rest of us? 6oz
and 1/4th or a little less are grains..cause the breads, rices, quinoa?very good, needed! but we only need 3 oz all day(or 3 pieces of bread but not 3 bread and 3 rices)
the rest..1/2 or just a bit More is plant based, nutrient rich ruit and vegs...less fruit than vegs.
If you do that you are guaranteed!!!!! to not only lose weight but get all the vits, mins and antioxidants your body needs and it will use it all up!
I know what this sounds like and I have rolled my eyes and thought yeah right, whatever. Maybe in your play like world lady but get real
so start small. do it once in the next week, see if you can make your plate look like choosemyplate just one meal next week and see how you feel, what does your body tell you? I bet you will like it then you can say,well... sigh ...ok I feel ok and no it wasnt that hard so... heavy sigh... ok maybe I can do it twice next week....and go from there.
I am betting you will win!
Burn more calories than you take in.
Don't expect any miracle weight loss in a short period of time. Eat lean meats, veggies, and drink only water. Exercise 45 minutes to an hour daily. You will average at least 2 pounds loss per week.
Naturally you'll see quicker results if you avoid sugar, starches, alcohol, and bread products. However it's not likely anyone will go the rest of their life without these foods. The real trick is not blowing your routine. Steady wins the race.
Weigh yourself once a week on Friday mornings no matter what! Avoiding this one thing is how we allow weight to sneak back up on us. Never stop doing weekly weigh-ins!
There are some things that you may do to have an ideal weight:
1. Do a fasting as moslems do, control your appetite to have some meals included drinks every day; at least for 40 days. Can you do it ?
2. Drink enough mineral water every time you get up from your bed every morning...!
3. Do some jogging every afternoon...!
4. Have some fruity juice frequently every day and night..!
5. Make sure you counsume vegetable every day..!
6. Reduce the consumption of meat and other foods contained much fat.
7. I suggest you to learn how to do meditation.
Goog luck...jynzly.....!
I don't think anything will ever replace consistent exercise as the most efficient way to lose weight. But from a food standpoint, you might consider switching to a plant based diet. Meat, dairy and eggs can be really bad for holding onto weight, in addition to a number of other health hazards. If you're interested, I recommend watching the documentary "Forks over Knives" or reading the book "The China Study". I lost weight when I switched to a plant based diet and I don't exercise at all.
There is no such thing as losing fat/weight fast, losing weight is a process, as building muscle is. Cutting calories or certain macronutrient groups will help you lose fat temporarily, however you will lose muscle as well. If the composition of your body(muscle to fat ratio) does not change, when your eating habits return to normal the weight will return. One of the fastest ways to "temporarily" lose fat is to simply cut out your sugars. Sugars is the main precursor of fat, the more sugar that's in your body, the more fat your body will retain.
Eat fewer calories than you burn each day. There are 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. So you have to create a calorie deficit. If you eat 500 fewer calories for seven days (one week), you will lose one pound. It's that simple. People want another way...a magic pill. But that's the reality. I recently lost 45 pounds that way. No exercise. However, exercise will increase the calories you burn and is good for overall health and well-being.
Before we can answer your question, there are certain factors, including understanding your DNA, that you should learn first. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try to workout if we don't really know how our body and metabolism works, we will not be successful in losing fats. The best way to lose body fat percentage depends both on what causes you to be fat and the solutions.

Do not go for a shortcut to shed those extra calories...Being consistent with your workout routine and healthy eating habits will help you stay fir in long run.
Also keep in mind, not to let your appetite grow... eat small meals at regular intervals and don't snack on junk food.
