I'm working out and I cant take energy pills like I could 10 years ago.My husband watched a Dr Oz show and they talked about Raspberry Ketone. I don't know if it helps you lose weight like they claim but it seems to be a natural energy booster for me by just taking one. They say you can take up to 3 a day. I'm a person who takes anything and it effects the way I feel and these boost my enegy with no other side effects. Picked them up at a health food store I like them a lot.
