Receiving symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, tightening of the chest, hives, itchy mouth and many more, every time you come in contact with the same substance. Some common outdoor substances that people are allergic to are ragweed, mugwort, grass, birch pollen. These not only cause outdoor allergies, but food allergies as well.
