    How do you increase your iron intake without taking vitamins?

    Vitamins upset my stomach, but I need to increase my iron intake.  How do you increase your iron intake?

    Red meat and leafy green vegtables are high in iron, along with various types of beans, oatmeal and many more foods.

    Organic blackstrap molasses, 1 Tbs to 1 cup of water, drink this 3 times a day, molasses is very high in trace minerals and especially iron, use only organic kind, because if not organic it will contain a lot of pesticides. Dried black mission figs, prunes, fresh or frozen dark berries such as blueberries and raspberries. Green leafy salads.
