What are some good easily digestible food for gaining weight?
I have some problems in my stomach. I am 5.8 male and weights only 126 lb (57 kg). Can anyone recommend me some easily digestible food to gain weight fast? I know cheese , butter etc have high calorie but I can't digest them well.
I use to have that problem ages ago:). Milkshakes put weight on and if you not able to eat ice cream or drink milk, search for alternatives; soy milk, rice milk, coconut milk..
complex carbs will not put a lot of weight on you, unless you load them up with junk. french fries, anything battered, breaded and fried..extremely unhealthy
vegs add lots of cheese...baked potato all cheese chili, anything on top of it.
I hope you get the gest of this:) I got to grab my cup of coffee:)
If you want to gain muscle as well and not just weight & fat, then you need to consume lots of proteins (chicken, fish, eggs etc.) Combine them with complex carbs (rice, potatoes, pastas) and healthy fats (nuts, cashew, avocados, olive oil etc) and have 5-6 meals per day. Of course you need to combine this with weight training and you should put on some quality weight soon!

Healthy ideas for gaining 7 to 10 lbs?Recently, due to a new job I have lost more weight than I wanted. Other than gaining muscle, does anyone have any idea how to gain 7 to 10 lbs. I would just consume more than I'm burning, but I have no idea how much I am burning.
