I relax in bed with a cup of chamomile tea and read a book on nutrition and health. Sometimes I go on the computer and write.

Yes my nights are just crazy and wild!

no, i don't watch tv nor read any books. I kept rushing my kids to finish their homework, brush teeth, etc before hitting the bed with them. Tedious, you know?

A cup of warm milk and watching my favorite TV series.

At about 11pm, I will go to bed. That's how I get to fall asleep nowadays.

Yes, mainly reading but sometimes I watch TV.  I fall off to sleep whilst reading and sometimes I only manage one or two pages, and totally forget what I've read, so the next night I have to re-read the pages and try not to fall off to sleep before I've read another page!

Ha! If I decide to read I usually get through a paragraph and then the book falling to the floor wakes me!!!

Reading is my favored ritual before sleeping. I think it's healthier than watching tv in so many ways. It feeds your mind and stimulates it, it's cheaper since it doesn't consume power, plus, depending on the material, reading is more powerful than any sleeping pill! Lol.

I watch tv before I fall asleep because there is always something that is interesting.

I either read or watch tv, but watching tv wins out most of the time. I usually watch a program until there's about 10 minutes left....then I go to bed and try like heck to keep my eyes open so I can catch the ending!

It has to be a good book - mind you, if the book's too good, then I fight to stay awake to read some more. But generally I like to read.

Having said that, with so much crap showing on TV at the present time, many of the programmes send me to sleep before I get near the bedroom!

When it is my night? I always read a book. But when my husband wants attention, it's time for TV.

I avoid watching TV because both my wife and I will doze off only to be awakened by something on the box. I almost always read.

Yes, I like to read or watch tv before lights out because it is relaxing and usually helps me sleep better.
