How can we best describe the "successful person" ?
Definition of " Success" is so subjective. For some success is becoming billionaire, for some success is having the fame and so on.
But how can we best define the "Successful Person" ? Is he the one who is rich, or the one who is smart or the one who is happy ?
Success comes with being contented with what you are doing or where you are or who you are with or what you have. Happy is the key to success. If money or other things make you happy it's your definition of success.
Well... Do you mean successful overall or successful in a different part of their life? Financially, socially, relationship wise, family wise, emotionally, etc. It is all about how you view them. My view of a successful person includes them having good finances, socially intelligent (moderately), happy with their relationships, emotionally stable and in control, with a decent family.
There are some very good talks about the meaning of personal success on TED.com. One is by alain_de_botton, titled "A kinder, gentler philosophy of success."
The site's slogan is "Ideas worth sharing." Check it out.
