What's the best pedometer?
I used to have a pedometer to encourage me to walk more for my health but it kept coming unattached to my waist and then would stop counting my steps. That was about 5 years ago. Is there anything better on the market that counts steps more reliably, or stays attached better?
For me, the best pedometer is simply seeing if I am sweating and how hard I am sweating. haha, I know it's not technically a pedometer, but that has indicated when I was going to lose weight and when I wasn't.
Well, thanks, but I prefer a pedometer to help me out. When I used to use it, if I didn't walk the recommended number of steps each day, I would force myself to walk more till I hit the magic number. I lost weight that way...with no sweat. :0)
