How intensely do you feel emotion (on a scale of 1-10, then describe)? Do you cry or laugh easily?
A 10, I am extremely emotional, as well as an empath. I laugh more than cry. I love to laugh, and will watch shows that offer me a chance to laugh. Crying is hard for me, though I can cry now. It took me many years to permit myself to cry. Crying is releasing, but it gives me such headaches, afterwards.
9 For sure! Being Bipolar makes me very sensitve to energies and emotions.
I cry on a weekly base to release any stress. I don't mean sobbing. Just when I watch a movie, when something happens on the street or when I am filled with joy, I shed some tears.
I can feel the emotions of others just like I can feel they're blocking them. I laugh out loud every day and I cry out of pure grief every now and then when I move away from an unhappy relationship.
I find it easy to cry because it makes me feel lighter and I feel it cleans my soul and makes me stronger as a person.
