What Does It Mean: You Laugh And The World Laughs With You – You Cry And You Cry
Personally i think it means, that when you laugh when your happy it's infectious and everyone wants to immitate as it's a positive action, but when crying it's a negative emotion that seems isolating and others try to avoid hence leaving you alone.
