Would you ever consider replacing all of your meals with a powdered drink such as Soylent?
Never!Most people don't eat solely for nutritional value. We enjoy the smells, taste, and texture along with sharing the experience with other people. I can't see many couples or families replacing eating meals together with drinking them.
No, I like my food too much. I don't see anybody doing this. Simply because there is no possible way to get all your daily needs from one drink.
Soylent Green? I doubt it, but you never know.
As a general rule, any powdered drink isn't good for you. Water and whole foods are always best.
No. I don't think it is the healthiest of ways to live a fit life.
