What side of the bed do you sleep on and why?
The whole bed is mine...no restrictions...
Whichever side offers the best balance between mine and my husband's aches and pains
. I have chronic sciatica and some sporadic carpal tunnel pain. My husband has bad knees, a bad hip and bad rotator cuffs, as well as fairly frequent back pains. So on any given night, we compare notes and figure out the sleeping positions to best accommodate the day's ouchies. He's much older than me, so it's usually determined by whichever bit of him hurts the worst 
Don't go after 'heavy loads'...
