If we are afraid of something, it will affect our physical body by not letting us go out of your own home, make us depressed, it makes us neglect our own health. Our emotions and feelings affects our physical self. Fear is not good for anyone whatever the reason. If you are afraid of something or someone, I think you should seek some counselling or ask friends and relations if they could help. No one should be subjected to fear in this day in age.
Fear is a chain reaction in the brain that starts with a stressful stimulus and ends with the release of chemicals that cause a racing heart, fast breathing and energized muscles, among other things, also known as the fight-or-flight response. It can prevent communication between the mind and body, thus causing paralysis. If left untreated it can destroy or affect our immune system, by preventing or holding us back from performing normal activities and we become " victims of/by our own demise "....this is just a brief synopsis of the emotion " fear "...
