What is the cause of frequent drowsiness all the time ?
Like when moving from one place to another in a car,when alone outside to get fresh air e.t.c
There are many reasons for these symptons...one is :
Chronic fatigue syndrome, or CFS, is a debilitating and complex disorder characterized by profound fatigue that is not improved by bed rest and may be worsened by mental or physical activities. Symptoms affect several body systems and may include weakness, muscle pain, impaired memory and/or mental concentration, and insomnia, which can result in reduced participation in daily routine activities. Adrenal Fatigue is another, these ( 2 ) glands sit on each kidney , no larger than a walnut , weighing no more than a grape, endocrine glands that help the body prevent auto-immune disorders.... Fibromyalgia is another fast growing disorder which has drastic effects on the body..l these are just a few of many... It is best to visit a Physician when symptoms of fatigue become present ....hope this was helpful...
