How to be happy in life?
Some people having no problem in life but always seeing sad, why ? Like they are thinking something always.
the people who have no problem in life would definitely feel sad because they have no fear. Happiness brings tensions and problems first and when you conquer them then you will happy.
People who have ups and downs in life are mostly happier because they experience a lot of things.
While I can concur with what Josh and Sri say. I must point out that happiness is a decision which we ourselves have to make. We must then work towards the fulfillment of that decision. Life is made ups and downs. Decide to feel good anyway.
Nothing is required for happiness in life other than the thought "I am happy". Happiness depends on thoughts or the absence of thoughts. In Zen, the no-thought state is happiness. Thoughts decides moods. Nothing external has anything to do with happiness. The sad person is not being attentive to their mental state. They are on automatic instead of taking responsibilty for their feelings.
While life is full of ups and downs If we decide to move towards happiness no matter how we feel then our trust in ourselves and our Maker will bear fruit and we will be happy .
