    How can candles be used for relaxation and aromatherapy?

    Have you ever used candles for aromatherapy purposes, or to relax?  If so, how did it work out for you?  Even if you have not, but know how aromatherapy works, I am curious your advice or thoughts on how to utilize candles for aromatherapy purposes.  Thank you!

    At night, while my sun is falling asleep, I often times light aromatherapy candles and place them around the room, at different points so that the entire room is lit. I also burn essential oils that are purposed for providing relaxation. I usually play soft jazz and do yoga during this time as well. If I'm not feeling much like a yogi, I will simply sit and meditate. This always helps and allows me to go to bed faster and with ease.

      Wonderful ideas and tips, thank you for sharing.  I think that would help me also, and it sounds so peaceful, especially to place the candles around the room. I like essential oils also.  How nice.
