Man [our specie] should walk five to ten miles every day, our diet should consist of raw berries, fruit, grains, nuts and vegetables fresh from where they grow so we should combine many miles of walking to obtaining our food like a "hunter gatherer" for the healthiest finest body. Almost everything man do otherwise is only a "band aid" over a bleeding artery.
Running is the best way to exercise. It works your whole body.
Walking is the best solution.
* doesn't require special equipment
* doesn't stress knees and hips like running
* can easily be integrated into your lifestyle like parking farther away or walking around the building at lunch
* won't get you hot and sweaty like a workout at the gym
* you can combine it with a romantic walk, taking kids to the park, taking a pet outside, saving time
