How to lose weight?
I feel that this question is one of the most asked questions on the internet and everyone feels that there's some secret, even though there's not.
Regular exercise, stop eating junk food, eat healthy high protein food, stop drinking alcohol, drink plenty of water. I hope these things help you in losing weight.
Your are absolutely right, Its not a secret. Eat healthy, exercises a couple of times a week, cut sugars & drink water. Everyone is different and it is a process, so the weight will come of at different rates, but trust the process, the weight will come off.
