I am fairly new here at Hubpages but I will be writing article on self-help and personal development. I currently have a few lenses at Squidoo and will be writing similar lenses here. If you want to get a glimpse of my style, you can  search on Squidoo for The Key to Happiness. That will give you an idea of what to expect in my writings here.

Your Title is interestimg. We do have visual filters we use to see things through, at work here, we are having a discussion about that, just how much of it is reaction to other perceptions and how much is personal perception.

Very Interesting topic, will go and read your work. Welcome by the way.

Attitude is a big deal.  The attitude we have about others, especially, is going to make a difference between being liked, and having fun, and just about everything we do.  I've watched people with lousy attitudes just sink lower and lower until they finally realize that they can make a change.  I have done a bit of that myself.  Attitude is probably about 85% of our personality, so, yes, we need to pay attention to our attitudes!  I'm surprised how many people never examine themselves, their lives, their attitudes and just blunder along, thinking they are "right" all the time!

The Key to Happiness, good title, look forward to the article.  Welcome to HubPages.  Self help is good.  I love supportive articles on personal development.  Bring it on!

The word "attitude" has been haunting me for years.  I used that word when speaking to a new boss, and I've regreated ever since.  I didn't mean it unkindly, but his perception was differnt from mine.  Eventually I left the job.  I am much more cogizant wherefrom I speak; of course I'm a bit older and wiser and have a better understanding of myself.
