Ginger is one of my favorite alternative medicines for nausea or an upset stomach.
Buy real ginger in the vegetable section of your local market. Peel the outer skin by using the back side of a spoon. cut the ginger into small sections and boil a few pieces for about 5 minutes/pour the tea into a mug and sip it. I like it without honey, but you can add it if needed.
It's just great!
