Do you freak out on Friday the 13th or is it a special holiday in your life?

Some of us hole up and refuse to go anywhere while others rush to revel in the special lucky nature of the day.  "Friday the 13th" resonates with everyone, but not everyone changes their plans for the day.

It's just like any other Friday to me, which, unfortunately is quite dull.

Perhaps if I truly believed in the mystic qualities of "Friday the 13th I'd have more fun?

Two of my family members were born on Friday the 13th. The doctor said to me " Are you worried about the baby coming today, we can pick another day."  My words " I'm ready for this baby to be born I don't care if it is Friday the 13th."  We named our baby after a witch, not really just an old fashion name that happen to belong to a witch.

    Hello Xenonlit,
I loved the movies, but the truth is that Friday the 13th is just another day to me. I plan on going to a casino tonight and enjoying myself.

Neither....I treat it as what it is, just another day in my life! (Except for those bargains of course:)

Friday the 13th is okay. It is always the best night but also the worst. The best things happen to me but I always end up getting hurt.

I have always considered it to be a lucky day.  My grandmother was born on October 13th and we have always referred to the 13th day of the month as a lucky day - whether it be a friday or not.  I was blessed to have my grandma in my life and will always celebrate the day she came into the world.  Every day we wake up is a blessing.
