    A nice tossed salad ( romaine or head lettuce..your choice/ and shredded red cabbage) with black olives,fireroasted tomatoes( sautee in hot pan with olive oil/oregano/black-red pepper/and garlic) chopped green onions, raisins, pineapple bites,green apple ( cut up in small pieces )..and some dried coconut..
    Opitonal : bite size chicken breast, steak, avacado or ham...
    serve with warm hard crusted bread...and any dressing of your choice....
    for dessert..fresh Strawberries & Bananas with cream..
    enjoy and have a wonderful Valentine's Day....

    Last Valentines my husband made Norwegian salmon with penne, mushroom alfredo.  It was the best.

    Other good one would be teriyaki marinated flank steak with a caesar salad with stuffed mushrooms.  Follow the dinner up with a slice of cheese cake with strawberry, raspberry or cherry syrups... maybe even some chocolate and caramel.
