    I do not as my sister makes gingerbread mansions! She makes her houses so big that it makes buckingham palace jealous! haha.

    I've only made it one year but now that I have two little ones, we'll be making one this year and for the next few years until they probably grow out of it.

    A gingerbread mansion sounds awesome Jordanwalker39, and I'm glad that you still plan on building gingerbread houses for a few more years to come BNadyn. Since I ask this question I've come across a gingerbread train kit, and a mini gingerbread village kit. The mini gingerbread village kit is already under construction as I write this.

    Alas, we haven't in a long time...but hope to. The past few years my energy level has allowed for decorating gingerbread cookies, baked from a recipe...and dunk in steaming hot chocolate.

    Perhaps next year we'll make a gingerbread house. We'll have to make sure we do it by the first week in December, for that is the time of our town's holiday walkabout, and there is a gingerbread contest hosted at our town hall. Can't wait!

    Hooray for those of you who do.
