Oktoberfest foods--which foods should I try for the first time?

This weekend, my neighborhood is holding their annual Oktoberfest Downtown. Since I never been there before, any suggestions on what German foods should I try for the first time, besides pretzels?

A stollen or strudel would be good. Cheesecake also is a good idea. Cakes and sweets with coffee in the afternoon is a well-loved treat in Germany.

Well, as far as I am concerned, sauerbraten. It is my all time favorite meal and if you construct it you will not be disappointed.

Peach, if I had a cameraphone, I would. Maybe my brother would use his camera-phone, though it's supposed to be a rainy day on Saturday. Thanks everyone for your food ideas. I'll keep it in mind. Keep 'em coming!
