      I found out who wrote Joy to the World.  His name was Isaac Watts. A man by the name of Lowell Mason composed the music to the lyrcs.

    The last time I tried to narrow down my favorite Christmas songs I came up with 22 of them.  (I have a hub with all 22 videos...look for "Christmas Songs to Get You in the Christmas Mood" if you're interested).   Right now, if I had to name my top 5......

    "All I Want for Christmas is You" by Vince Vance & the Valiants
    "Hey, Santa" by Wilson Phillips
    "O Holy Night" by anyone (best version I ever heard was by John Michael Montgomery)
    "Mary, Did You Know?" by Kenny Rogers and Wynonna Judd
