      Purple. I just love the brilliance of it. It's a happy color. A passionate color. I even write and notarize documents in purple!

         Thanks Sha and yes I also like purple. Mine is yellow ;its so warm and of course the colour of sunshine. My front room is painted a pale yellow and my kitchen a warmer yellow.

      My favorite color is purple. Teale green is a close second.
      
      Purple is a very deep, meditative color. I love when the night sky is purple and I have been told that I look great in purple... dark, indigo purple.
      
      I love to belly dance with scarves that are very watery, and teale blue is very watery, and makes me  think that I am near water, even when I cannot be.

   I like turquoise/aqua, since I cannot decide between blue or green. So I just put the two together. Therefore it covers the sky, the water, the grass, the list goes on.

   Mine is cobalt blue but I also have a yellow bathroom that I love. Most of my apartment is painted in a counrty blue a soothing and calming color.

   I love the fact that you can get over 50 shades of any color, and that includes white. Lately I'm fascinated with white, and my house has rooms that are painted different shades of white. My fave so far is China Pearl white.

   Green - the most natural and tranquil of colours. It's the one colour which we could not live in a world without. It would be intolerable.
   
   Also for me - bizarrely - orange. I say bizarrely because it's almost the polar opposite of green  as one of the brightest of colours.

   My favorite color is purple.  I consider it to be almost a neutral, as it goes well with:  gold, yellow, turquoise, red, pale blue, and lime green.  In my house, I have purple shaggy area rugs in the living room and hall and the floors are pale gold wood and the walls a pale butter yellow.  I love the combination.  I really love most colors:  greens, blues, and browns, the colors of mother Earth, with accents of red, orange, white and pink -- the flowers and the sky at sunrise and sunset.

   I love yellow. which is why I recently changed my HubPages profile picture to a yellow flower. I love the reminder of summer and warmth. Yellow has always seemed such a happy colour to me.

   I like black, purely because it goes well with every other colour. I don't particularly like black by itself, but alongside purple, red, yellow, green, blue, orange etc, it really sets those other colours off and makes them stand out more.

    My favorite color is black. I wear a lot of black clothing and that is what I am most comfortable in. Even the decor in my home is mostly black. I don't like pastels colors and I can't even wear anything pastel as I feel out of sync when I have tried to wear light colored clothing.
