No I don't think so but I wouldn't put their name in it. That would be just plain mean.
If the individual intended to be "rotten" (and kind of deserves a little meanness), it may not be unnecessarily mean. Still, why would you want to spin your wheels over an ex? Why not just move on and be the proverbial "better person". There's more dignity and self-respect in that.
It may not be all that healthy to write an entire blog devoted to your Ex. Usually an ex doesn't deserve that much of your time. But if you want to write one, go for it, just don't use your Ex's name, not only is it too mean but they could get back at you by putting something online about you in return!
