Songs that were unintentionally inappropriate for the situation you heard them in.
Let me clarify this. This isn't a song that you personally would not have chosen. IE, a Lady Gaga song at a Funeral because you don't like Lady Gaga.
Once someone asked Bruce Springsteen to play Born in the USA at a Forth of July Celebration. And he stared dumbfounded at the guy and asked, "Do you even know what that song is about?"
These are the songs that you think sound great, or have a really nice sounding chorus, but when you finally heard the full song at the wedding, funeral, graduation, etc, it was just completely in appropriate.
The first time I heard the Krokus version of "American Woman" it was in a club and the DJ, who was a friend of mine ,said "Here's one for all you American ladies out there." I had to suggest he listen to the song a little closer. LOL!

What is your favorite Christmas song? Have you heard it this Christmas? I love Christmas and once I hear "Feliz Navida," by Jose Feliciano, I am all set into the Christmas mode. I love that song.
