Who is going to protected that innocent child?
Should a parent who is suspect of killing her infant, should this parent be allowed to keep any of her other children... in the near future. Who is going to protect that unborn child in the womb? after they are born, who is going to they advocate?
Good question. The Caylee Anthony situation is what comes to mind for me. Now, with the mom, a known liar, yet free in a week, will continue her life. One statement she made to a news reporter is her number one priority, which is to have another child immediately. My thought was she'll never again find a man who will get close enough to make that a reality. However, yesterday on TV, I saw a man standing with a sign with a message to the soon-to-be-released woman asking her to marry him. I imagine, had she gone to prison, inmates would have killed her. Outside, I think she will spend her life watching her back and sleeping with one eye open. The justice system failed that little baby and there are no laws that will prevent that twisted lying psychopath from bringing yet another innocent child into the world for the possible same horrific neglect, abuse and end. Watching the trial has educated me on how little hope there is in preventing the repetition of these abysmal, almost predictably, likely events.
That is a poser. I think the law, inlaws or relatives can play a good role in this regard. Thank you
It is pretty obvious society has no interest in doing that. What has happened to compassion and justice? For all the talk around of anti-abortion, who protects the kids already born? Apparently talk is very cheap and so is human life anymore.

How have you corrected another person's child in a public place?I tend to interject in situations in public places when other parents are not watching their kids. I look like the bad guy, but I want my child to learn how she should behave by using teachable moments. Any thoughts?
