Who is going to protected that innocent child?
Should a parent who is suspect of killing her infant, should this parent be allowed to keep any of her other children... in the near future. Who is going to protect that unborn child in the womb? after they are born, who is going to they advocate?
Good question. The Caylee Anthony situation is what comes to mind for me. Now, with the mom, a known liar, yet free in a week, will continue her life. One statement she made to a news reporter is her number one priority, which is to have another child immediately. My thought was she'll never again find a man who will get close enough to make that a reality. However, yesterday on TV, I saw a man standing with a sign with a message to the soon-to-be-released woman asking her to marry him. I imagine, had she gone to prison, inmates would have killed her. Outside, I think she will spend her life watching her back and sleeping with one eye open. The justice system failed that little baby and there are no laws that will prevent that twisted lying psychopath from bringing yet another innocent child into the world for the possible same horrific neglect, abuse and end. Watching the trial has educated me on how little hope there is in preventing the repetition of these abysmal, almost predictably, likely events.
That is a poser. I think the law, inlaws or relatives can play a good role in this regard. Thank you
It is pretty obvious society has no interest in doing that. What has happened to compassion and justice? For all the talk around of anti-abortion, who protects the kids already born? Apparently talk is very cheap and so is human life anymore.

What turns an innocent child into a bully?Do you think there is an educational, environmental factor in it or a genetical one? How about society, what's its role into this matter? Any ways you would find useful in dealing with the phenomenon?

Destroy all EvilIf you could completely get rid of all evil(your own definition such as poverty, murder, child slavery etc.) in the world by killing one innocent child would you do it?

What if, as in LeGuin's The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas, we could have utopia, but in order to maintain it each generation would have to choose one innocent child to imprison, neglect, and torture? Would it be worth it?What if we could guarantee world peace, but it meant losing all privacy?...

http://www.newsoxy.com/world/cathleen-m … 13872.htmlI'm sorry, I can't see how this is "child molesting". The boys are 14 and 15 and she is 40. Does anyone really believe she "forced" them to have sex with her? I know when I was their age I had a few friends' moms I would...
