Someone once said
It is better to have
Loved and Lost than to
have never loved at all.
I'd like to know who said that
so I can kick him in the balls.
I agree with someone
And where is the poem that would make me smile ??
That would be Alfred Lord Tennyson. If you like, I'll help you dig him up.
To the heart love tightly cleaves
And hurts us so when its object leaves
Us stranded alone in our desire
No affectionate answer to our passionate fire
Yet it is not love that brings the pain
But desire that which we cannot regain
Quench your desire with another
And heal your pain forever, brother
i just wrote that quote in a hub. id like to be second in line for the ball kicking, please.
Use better language. I really don't know who wrote that, but keep your comments clean. Teacher Actress
Isnt it that love is a good experience? lost it or have it, you are still glad you ecperienced it, forever is a myth at times and things happen,
Love is ok wesley, but you have to use your brain and you shall be fine, I think
I know you're all laughing at me now, but I am in love I know it takes a lot to fathom this weird relation but, nothing happended to me so far.....
I'm afraid so or I will convert him to love again
Neeways, I gotta run away now or I'll get hurt
I'm still looking for the poem that will make me smile
Sorry Tantrum if you didn't laugh at that then you won't find it here. I admit that you can't really call that a poem but hey two words ryhme in it so I guess that's a start.
roses are red
violets are blue

The guys name was Tennyson and good luck getting at him since he's six feet down but I still like you version better. LOL
To the person who writes Jamaica Poems. Grammatical correction:
You should have said Jamaican Poems. Or, you could have said:
"Poems about Jamaican love."
