How did you become a successful freelance writer and make good money at it?
For me it all started with my blog. Today, you can check out my information on my about me page, here on Hubpages.
I started a blog, but I wanted to do more writing wise, so I did some research, and I found Helium, then Triond, and finally Hubpages. Before I invested hours on these websites, I also invested some time on Bidding sites such as freelancejobs.com and problogger. Needless to say, I found incredible clients, but with the pay being so-so, I decided to stick with my own blogs, and the websites listed above. Soon after, I began to catch the attention of a few clients, and started doing guest blogging jobs that had a nice payout. Soon after, I had more than one high paying clients, and with my portfolio on these websites, I started to earn a descent amount of residual income.
It wasn't easy, but it has been a great learning experience!
All the best!
