Rosina, I enjoyed reading your article and I loved the pictures. Your mother is obviously a skilled seamstress if she made all those pretty dresses. It sure seems like you had a lot of fun.

Excellent article, Rosina. It brings back my childhood memories when my father used to take me to far-flung places, teaching me how to live on the rough. Dad was an obsessive intrepid traveler, which rubbed into me also. Thanks for sharing

Thanks, Pamela for sharing Rosina's memories

I did read this Article while sitting in the hospital, but I must have forgotten to comment.

Photographs are forever a link to our most precious memories.

It's great that your family was able to take you and your sisters on these vacations.

Your dad quite the photographer & your mom quite the seamstress.

I am lucky if I can sew on a button.  Such lovely talent.

You always look happy in these pictures.  I'm glad you gave these treasures to keep close to your heart.

During my childhood, I savored the vacations. Now I savor the photographs. Yes, I was especially happy during these vacations with relatives and family. We were all so close. I remember myself sewing on buttons on Dad's shirts.

I appreciate your comments, Brenda. You were in hospital when you first read this article. There is every possibility you would forget to comment. You weren't your best. I totally understand. I hope you get better and better every day.
