How would you remove stains from a carpet without using chemicals?
Red wine for red carpets, and white wine for all the other colors. It's always worked for me.
I swear by vinegar. Mix 1/2 cup of white vinegar with 2 cups water. Wet the area well. Then sprinkle baking soda on the area. Use a damp sponge to rub it all in, then rinse with warm water and pat dry.
I wrote a Hub about the many uses of vinegar around the house.
