Try this: make a mouth rinse of 1 part water and one part vinegar. Swish and gargle thoroughly and then spit it out. Follow-up with a rinse of 1 part water and one part hydrogen peroxide. Swish and gargle it as with the first rinse and spit out. This should remove it.
