Are these worth anything?
I found these 2 old saucers, but I can't find them on the internet anywhere. Are they antiques? If so, are they worth anything?
You need to provide more info. better photos so I can read the mark on the bottom.....then I might be able to help
I agree with point2make. Some more information would help along with a better shot of the logo. The print is certainly something I haven't seen. The saucers are more or less intact which is good if they are antiques. Show us some close up shots and we might be able to help you out a little more.
It depends on when you got them, and where you got them from. Of course, the older it is, the more antique it would be. The fact that you can't find them anywhere on the internet doesn't necessarily mean it is rare or antique, as you may have bought them from a shop or source that mass produces them. Like what point2make and CroftRoan said, more info about its background and more close up photos.
I would need to see the mark and pattern better. It is similar to some I have but that is not fine enough china. It has a Japanese look to it but many English pottery companies used that look for many years. Try looking on Replacements LTD, they have helped me identify many pieces over the years.
I looked on Replacements LTD and Boche is listed, but not the pattern. If you call their number, they will usually buy them from you. I have sold many pieces to them and they are fair. I have also bought pieces from them to replace some of mine.
I can't see them that well. I tried to zoom in but it didn't help. I can see a flying insect. That's an identifying mark. I almost thought they were older blue onion at first, but I can't really tell without seeing the marking on the back up close.
A few sites come to mind. eBay, ETSY, Ruby Lane, and Bonanza. There are others, but many times people on those forums can help with this as well.
here is a better pic of the mark. Geez, i had to make my comment longer. sorry it is upside down.
Boche, Grand Bouquet Here's a blog regarding this china http://evilstylequeen.blogspot.com/2008 … dict.html. I googled - you should be able to find the value. I usually to to "images" tab and then search the website
There is a listing on eBay for a Boch lasagna dish. Item 360714590293 It has a similar blue floral pattern to the dish here. The seller is Replacements Ltd.
see previous comment with blog reference - There's a Boch Grand Bouquet butter dish on ebay for $17 starting bid - the description says "rare"
Blog: http://evilstylequeen.blogspot.com/2008/10/musings (it's in there somewhere - but now I can't find it)
Try this url and then you might find a price on one of the websites that have these images http://www.google.com/search?q=grand+bo … mp;bih=733
I think these are the same pattern: 4 breakfast plates for $44
