What would you do if you won the lottery?

Let's just say the jackpot is at $25 Million and you're the only winner of the grand prize.

Tough call, me. In Queen's English that's about £17 Million.

I would split it the money in four and spend just over £4 Million on each of the following.

    1) Charitable Causes - Help the most people possible with the money allocated wherever they may be on Earth.

    2) Personal Development - Accomplish anything I feel I need for self-fulfillment without the financial barriers you'd usually get.

    3) Savings/Investments - I'd research this first but I'd channel money into some kind of business venture which is not necessarily profitable but which can benefit the local, national or global markets.

    4) Fun stuff - I won't disguise the fact that I'm going to want to selfishly splurge on things and experiences that I want. Like a chocolate fountain prominently displayed in the main hallway of my house.

If you'd channel more of that money into investments, you'd be able to help people the rest of your life because of the compounding interest you'd get on the ever-growing principle.

Buy a working car, pay off my student loans, and hoard the rest.

I will get a heart attack hearing the news and spend a sizable prize money in treatment!

If I won $25 million I would put the money in my bank and make as much interest off it as possible. Then while living off of the interest and giving some of it to charities I would write about the fun things I did with the money. I would start a blog or do it on HubPages. The point of writing about it would be to give me reasons to keep trying new things and going to new places.

My new job would be to do things that are interesting enough to write about. I would mostly do things that non rich people could do like go on a canoe trip. Only I would not need to take time off work to go.
