Are you a Spender or a Saver?  Is your significant other the same as you or the opposite?

I'm a spender in moderation...I'm also the one who looks after the bills and they come 1st. My husband is great at saving his overtime money for his toys...and by toys I mean his pride & joy 1979 Ford truck.

I am a saver and she is a spender. One usually becomes the other to a degree. I want to spend more now.

    Im both.

Meaning i will spend if the market is experiencing growth and prosperity.
But if there is no growth then i will save.

Even though for growth, there must be spending :S ha

I treat savings as a bill that I have to pay each month.  Does that make me a spender?  Probably, but I take advantage of the mindset.

I am mostly a saver, but I do spend at times just to treat myself. I find savings makes the money available when we need big items. Retirement is just around the corner too and I am happy that we have saved the money that we have. My husband believes in saving too, but doesn't take it to an extreme and neither do I.
