Nothing incenses me more than children who are abused and/or neglected by their parents. In addition, I staunchly portend that no child should be raised in want and penury. Let us discuss this issue in great detail. In your estimation, name the components, besides external, which influences child neglect and child poverty.
What comes to mind first and foremost is the learned behavior of the parent from having been neglected and not provided for when a child, themselves.
