The Bilderberg Conference 2013 is taking place right now, Saturday 8 June at The Grove Hotel, Watford, UK.

Why do they meet and what do they do there?

Member of European Parliament Gerard Batten . . .
Are we supposed to believe that 140 of the most powerful, richest, influential people in the world give up their time, fly across the world to come here, and it doesnt have a significance? I dont believe this is just a talking shop. These people dont have time to waste. They will only do it if there is a real reason for doing it

To relax, drink fancy wine, talk about the money they've made this year, play croquet, and buy/sell their businesses?

The discussions are certainly secret and as the video says up till now the mainstream media have not been reporting it.

The BBC reported it on Friday, they also had an interview with Alex Jones and others.

If there is something going on what will you do about it?

I agree,  it's odd and eerie and seems to be unwarranted secrecy.

Perhaps, but our bowling league met in very much the same way due to the fact we were developing a new way to release the bowling ball. We had to have complete secrecy because our rival league had us under surveillance. If the new development had leaked out prematurely without the proper testing and experimentation, it could have meant the end of bowling as we know it today.

Well, bowling leagues are in competition with one another, correct?
While citizens of a Country, especially leaders!,  aren't supposed to be competing at all with themselves!;  they're supposed to be standing together and be open and honest about all things that pertain to each other.
